Pay 4 Stay and Off-Street Parking do not guarantee refunds or cancellations and are not liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.
You are responsible for selecting the length of your stay at the beginning of your parking session when you make payment. Pay 4 Stay and Off-Street Parking shall not be made accountable for any refunds should your length of stay turn out to be shorter than your paid parking session.
Pay 4 Stay and Off-Street Parking shall only consider refunds where the disputed money has been taken due to a system issue or a technical glitch that resulted in you paying for a service that was not required.

The location code should be displayed on a sign or tariff board at your parking location. Please search the site for the Pay4Stay Logo and unique QR Code. The location code should be detailed on the same sign below the QR Code. Alternatively, if you have registered an account having stayed here before, please log in and look at your historic parking sessions.
No – It isn’t possible to pre-pay for your parking session as it will begin as soon as the payment is made. Pay 4 Stay and Off-Street Parking Ltd shall not be held accountable for refunding payments made before a vehicle is present at the parking location.
Yes – By opting for SMS Reminder, you will be charged for the 10-minute reminder. If you opt-in to receive and SMS parking Summary, you will also be charged. Prices vary depending on the parking location.
